On the site of an existing residential property, we began work in December 2018 to demolish the garages to the rear of the site and create 3, 3 bed terraced properties complete with off road parking. The second phase of the scheme was to then re-configure and refurbish the existing property into 2, 3 bed houses, again with parking.

Due to its location near Poole Harbour, ground conditions meant that the foundations for the new dwellings required piling, so a specialist contractor was brought in. The end result were 5 superb, light and airy properties with modern fixtures and fittings ready for the developer, Grennall Developments Ltd to put on the market.
